Just a few steps from the sea
Not far from the town of Pozzallo, an ancient fishing village resting along the sandy shores of south-eastern Sicily, the Hotel Conte di Cabrera is set in one of the island’s most charming settings.
Named after a noble local family, the hotel is nestled in a seven-hectare park that stretches directly to the sea.
A Mediterranean maquis woodland and a manicured garden separate the hotel from the wide sandy beach of the Maganuco bay, bathed by the crystal-clear waters of the Strait of Sicily.
Park
The wide green spaces are one of the property’s greatest assets, offering shaded, restful areas that enhance guests’ sense of well-being throughout every season. Along the paths, mostly paved with local white stone, native species such as acacias and maritime pines alternate with imported ones like date palms and Washingtonias. The result is a harmonious mix of Mediterranean essences, colorful plants, and majestic trees – like the Erythrina crista-galli, also known as the coral tree, which during its blooming season offers a truly moving natural spectacle.
Beauty Center
Intimate, welcoming, and discreet — our small Magaluna Beauty Center is a true haven of wellness. With cozy massage rooms (including one for couples), a small hammam, a four-seat jacuzzi, and indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, it is set in a panoramic location and expertly managed by a professional team. Here, guests are invited to experience moments of pure and unforgettable well-being — the perfect touch to complete a truly rejuvenating holiday.
Beach
The private beach of the Conte di Cabrera Hotel Club lies in the beautiful Maganuco Bay, just a few steps from the resort, surrounded by a stunning Mediterranean landscape.
It is a long stretch of fine sand washed by crystal-clear waters, with gently sloping seabeds — perfect for families with children.
Bars & Restaurants
The hotel offers two dining venues: the Main Restaurant and “Magaluna”.
The main restaurant, located in the central building, features a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, two air-conditioned indoor dining rooms, a grill area, a pizzeria corner, and an open kitchen where fresh pasta dishes are prepared in front of guests.
The Magaluna Restaurant, located near the beach, is reserved for special events. It offers a perfect alchemy of sea breeze, moonlight, Mediterranean aromas, and flavors — set in a charming courtyard of wooden pavilions with white sails billowing in the wind, surrounded by a lawn that gently meets the shoreline.
The hotel also features three bars, open alternately depending on the season:
– The Lobby Bar, located in the central building, with a large panoramic terrace;
– The Pool Bar, the heart of daily entertainment and activities;
– The Magaluna Bar, quieter and more intimate, close to the beach and open only during high season.
Events & Meetings
Two fully equipped meeting rooms complete the hotel’s offering for conferences, business meetings, or private events:
– Magaluna Room, located near the beach, offers seating for around 120 guests indoors and up to 250 outdoors;
– Multipurpose Hall, with theater-style seating for approximately 250 guests.
Both venues are equipped with air conditioning, a bouvet (refreshment area), foyer, and an independent kitchen.
Additionally, a small TV room with 30 seats is available for intimate gatherings or private screenings.
Pools
The hotel has two swimming pools: one exclusively for children in the Mini Club area and a larger pool with a spacious sun terrace equipped with loungers and umbrellas.
The main pool is served by the Pool Snack Bar and is at the heart of the hotel’s daytime entertainment and activities.
Mini & Junior Club
In a family-oriented Club, dedicated areas for children’s services and entertainment are a must.
It all starts with the Baby Bottle Room (Biberoneria), a fully equipped space where parents can independently prepare meals for their little ones. Available on request, 24 hours a day, with an extra charge.
Then comes the Baby Club Nursery, a cozy space welcoming infants from 8 months to 3 years old.
The Mini Club, designed for children aged 4 to 12, is set in the heart of the garden. It features an indoor area for play and rest, an outdoor playground, and a pool just for kids.
Finally, the Junior (or Teen) Club is a fun and friendly space for teenagers to enjoy activities, socialize, and build new friendships under the guidance of our animation team.
Sports & Facilities
The Hotel Club offers a wide range of sports facilities for active guests of all ages:
four tennis courts, two bocce courts, an archery area, a 12-hole mini golf course, a multipurpose court, a beach volleyball court, and an open-air fitness area with dedicated equipment.
Our Nautical Base provides canoes, stand-up paddleboards (SUP), windsurf boards, catamarans, and aqua bikes.
Table football and ping-pong tables complete the offer, ensuring fun, sport, and well-being throughout your stay.
