Reception desk is opened 24 hours a day and offers the following services:

Nautical Base
A large boats park and a coordinated activity done by federal instructors are the pride of a sailing school that has its key points in the love for the sea.
An equipped Sailing Club, opened from 15 may to 30 September, offers aquatic sports. Other chances of entertainment are with canoes, windsurf and sailing.
Our Instructors, organize weekly group lessons for initiation to windsurfing and sailing.
Bazar
The Bazar is located in the Hotel’s Hall and it is opened 7 days a week.
It sales newspapers, cigarettes, typical local handicrafts, health care products, clothes and sea accessories.
Events
- The organization in Hotel of meetings, conferences, seminars, incentives, and events is possible thanks to the availability of several halls of different capacity.
- The largest can accommodate up to 250 participants, it has air-conditioned and it is equipped with audiovisual instruments, a reception desk, a bar for coffee break, a wardrobe, and a parking area.
- A smaller hall close to the beach is as well equipped with all facilities and has a large patio and, private garden overlooking the sea. It is as well suitable for special outdoor dinners.
A qualified staff is available to organize events for specific services.

Every day at scheduled time, you can rent a car directly in hotel. A reliable car rental company with its own desk can offer you, in prompt delivery, the car you need.
Transfer Service
It is possible to reserve the transfer service with private car or minibus (8 to 16 seats), from and to the Catania Fontanarossa airport or other destinations.

Childcare Services
Baby Club (Nursery)
Children are welcomed in an place dedicated to childhood with all the necessary precautions, and receive ongoing support from qualified personnel.
The service is available from 08 June to 15 September.
Support hours: 09:30 to 17:30
The service welcomes children aged between 8 months and 3 years old not completed. It has limited seating, so it is better to book it before arrival at the hotel.
The children will be supervised in their games, fed to the times, and cared for with the utmost care.
Line selected products:
homogenized meat and fish and vegetables packaged, yogurt, fruit, juice, biscuits, milk, water and diapers.

Kit Baby Cabry
Moms who does not wish to travel with everything you need to care for their child, they can pre-book the Cabry Baby Kit, which includes a collection of objects which in part will be in the room on arrival, and in part will need to collect the receipt for payment a small deposit:
Cot & Stroller Rental
It is possible to request this service when booking, or by contacting directly at the hotel the reception.
Deposit is required.
Stroller and Cot Rental: per day or for the whole week.
Biberoneria
Mothers with small children, will be able to buy a place on the supply of baby products and service availability of Biberoneria.
The Biberoneria located in the lobby of the hotel, is a space dedicated to and equipped for the assistance and the preparation of early childhood.
